GDEP014TT1 is a reflective electrophoretic E Ink technology display module based on active matrix TFT and plastic substrate. The plastic substrate is protected by an outer covering, which is a part of the display. It has 1.43” active area with 128 x 296 pixels, the display is capable to display images at 2 gray levels (1 bits) depending on the display controller and the associated waveform file it used.

1. This product comes with one-year warranty. Buyers must contact us first for the exchange within the warranty period.
2. All the products will be 100% test before delivery.
3. Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer's part. 
4. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number for each item that needs returning. We do not accept the returns without a RMA number. 
5. The returns should be returned with our original packages. 
6. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. 
7. Customers must contact us first for the return address. 
8. No refund is accepted after 30 days of receipt. 
9. The returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a up to 30% restocking fee. 
10. In all cases, buyers pay for the shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. 
11. The refund will be made upon receipt of the return item. After we receive the product, we inspect it to determine the cause of any defect, then update by email with our findings. This process usually takes five business days.

A: The underlying ePaper technology is very similar but is tuned to the needs of the different applications of a Matrix display versus a Segmented display.

Matrix displays are intended for applications requiring the display of many different forms of text and images. These displays comprise of a large array of pixels. These individual pixels are controlled by a TFT array similar to what you will have a typical computer monitor or TV screen.

Segmented displays are intended for applications where the display requirements can be met using predefined segments that can be turned on or off. This is similar to what one would see in a typical calculator with a numeric or alphanumeric display.

Basically will the display be made up of an array of pixels or by a collection of predefined shapes.
