Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges of standard products within 14 days from the original purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Customized products (including those with soldered connectors/headers) cannot be returned unless defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is under warranty and defective.

Products must be returned unused in their original packaging.

We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our logistic center. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
