(2) Power on the E-paper controller and start timing when E-paper display begins refresh.

(3) When the refreshing screen stabilizes (no more flickering), stop timing.

Note: The refresh time begins at the moment screen flickers and it stops flickering and stabilizes.

2. A more accurate method to measure the time E-paper display takes to perform a fresh.

(1) Include the Serial Print Function in the program, see blow:

(2) Download the program to the controller and use UART Assist to monitor the E-paper display refresh.

(3) The latter time UART Assist receiving data deduct the former time and you get the exact refresh time T. T=62.270-40.900=21.37s
