Does the frame require a dedicated mobile app?
No. Content is managed through a web app in a modern browser, so there is no client-side app to install or manually update.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes. Upload family photos, travel images, landscapes or finished artwork, then process and push the image to your frame.
How long does an image update take?
A typical E-Paper refresh takes approximately 60–90 seconds, depending on network conditions.
What is the difference between GDP133EIL1 and GDP133EIL1B?
GDP133EIL1 uses an external Type-C power source. GDP133EIL1B adds a 5000 mAh, 3.7 V rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
Can it be mounted on a wall?
Yes. The frame supports tabletop placement or wall mounting, and a no-drill mounting solution is available. VESA mounting is not supported.
Which AI image services are supported?
The web app includes a free public fallback and supports configurable services including SiliconFlow, Zhipu, OpenAI-compatible endpoints, custom endpoints and ModelScope. Availability, pricing and output quality depend on the selected provider.
