At Good Display, we built our business by providing the highest quality display products and services. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Every Good Display product undergoes multiple quality assurance inspections to ensure your product meets our highest Quality Standards.
We accept returns or exchanges of standard products within 14 days from the original purchase date on all products purchased through our website. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied. We cannot accept returns if a customization was included in the order, this includes connectors and headers being soldered onto the display. The customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and shipping costs from the original order unless the product is defective and under warranty. The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
If you purchased from an authorized Good Display distributor, you must process returns through the distributor you purchased from.
If your product falls under our warranty guidelines, you may be qualified for a return. View our Warranty Page for more information. |
